Pistachio Almond
Ice Cream Sundae

Turn the traditional sundae upside down. Blue Bunny® Pistachio Almond Ice Cream is topped with two types of chocolate, strawberry sugar, raisins and lemon cookies.
Difficulty: Easy


  • 2 to 4-ounce scoops of Blue Bunny® Premium Pistachio Almond Ice Cream
  • 1 ounce strawberry sugar
  • 3 ounces chocolate ganache
  • 1 ounce Torani Chocolate Biscotti Syrup
  • 1 ounce raisins
  • Assorted cookies


Fill a bowl or parfait glass with scoops ofice cream. Sprinkle the ice cream with strawberry sugar. Heat chocolate ganache and pour over the ice cream. Spike assorted cookies into the sundae. Drizzle the sundae with Torani chocolate biscotti syrup and top with a light sprinkling of raisins.


Use a lemon cookie to cut through the fat in the palate.

Unsurpassed brand chocolate sauce, low fat cool whip and a little butterscotch sauce on top.

Pistachio Almonds is my favorite this is the Ultimate for me.
