Blue Bunny® Raspberry Sherbet Vinaigrette

Veggies need a little dressing up? This light and fresh Raspberry Vinaigrette salad dressing recipe will help you get your daily greens.
Difficulty: Very Easy
Makes: 6 - 2 fl. oz. ladle servings


  • 1 cup melted Blue Bunny Raspberry Sherbet
  • 1/3 cup Balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. finely minced herbs (basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary)


In a bowl combine melted Blue Bunny Raspberry Sherbet, balsamic vinaigrette, and oil. Whisk sherbet, balsamic vinaigrette, and oil until uniform. Add Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, and finely minced herbs.


Salad dressing can be served right away on your favorite salad or placed in refrigerator until ready to plate.
