Recapture the nostalgic flavor of childhood with this grownups-only version of the root beer float. Just fill a mug with root beer and root beer schnapps and top with a scoop of Blue Bunny® Premium Vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Blue Bunny® Premium Vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup root beer schnapps
Instructions
Pour the root beer and schnapps into two mugs leaving room for the ice cream. Gently scoop the ice cream into the mugs. Serve with a long spoon and straw.
