Steak Sauce


Chef Joe Cimineramakes this steak sauce with Blue Bunny® Sweet Freedom® Black Raspberry Bars.
Difficulty: Very Easy
Makes: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 2 Blue Bunny® Sweet Freedom® Black Raspberry Bars
  • 1 New York Strip cooked
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 cup cooked spinach
  • 1 cup cooked fingerling potatoes

Instructions

In a small pot add the bars and heavy cream and reduce to thick bubbles. Place the steak in a round plate with the spinach and potatoes. Add the sauce on top of the steak.
