Tiramisu Chocolate
Crunch Cones

Tiramisu doesn't have to be fattening to be delicious.

Makes: 4 servings


  • 2 Blue Bunny® Sweet Freedom® Chocolate Cones
  • 2 tbsp. brewed espresso or dark coffee, cold
  • 2 tsp. sugar free hazelnut coffee syrup
  • 4 crispy lady fingers
  • 2 tbsp. sugar free chocolate syrup


In a small bowl, stir together cold coffee and hazelnut syrup. Remove paper top from 1 ice cream cone, cut in half lengthwise through wrapper; remove wrapper and place each half on a dessert plate. Coarsely crumble 1 lady finger on top of each cone; drizzle with 1-1/2 teaspoons espresso mixture and 1-1/2 teaspoons chocolate syrup. Place in freezer while preparing remaining servings. Serve immediately.
