Triple Berry Freeze

Sherbet, vanilla wafers, fresh berries and Blue Bunny® Frozen Yogurt Strawberry Banana make this fruity dessert a refreshing end to any meal.

Makes: 8 servings (One 8 x 4-inch loaf)


  • 4 cups Blue Bunny® Frozen Yogurt Strawberry Banana, softened
  • 2 cups Blue Bunny Raspberry Sherbet, softened
  • 10 vanilla wafers
  • 1/2 cup thawed frozen raspberries or fresh raspberries
  • Fresh blueberries and strawberries, optional


Line an 8 x 4 inch-loaf pan with heavy duty foil. Stir raspberries into sherbet in a medium bowl, crushing raspberries; spread into prepared pan. Coarsely crumble cookies over sherbet. Freeze 1 hour. Spread frozen yogurt over cookies; freeze until solid, at least 6 hours. Unmold, removing foil. Top with fresh blueberries and strawberries, if desired. Cut into 1-inch slices. Serve immediately.
