Blue Bunny® White Chocolate Cranberry Cheese Ball
Your holiday guests will love this whether you serve it as an appetizer or a dessert.

Mixing Bowl
2-4oz cheese balls
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Blue Bunny® Premium White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie Ice Cream (about 1 - #8 scoop)
- 1 cup mini white chocolate chips, chopped
Instructions
In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese with the butter. Add the powdered sugar. Add the ice cream and mix just until incorporated. Fold in the Craisins. Line 2 small bowls with plastic wrap. Divide the mixture up evenly between the 2 bowls (4oz/bowl). Carefully fold the plastic wrap over the cream cheese mixture and place in freezer. Freeze for 1 hour. Remove plastic wrap off top and invert bowl onto serving platter. Peel off plastic wrap. Coat with chopped white chocolate chips. Store in fridge until serving. Serve with Butter or Shortbread Cookies.
Variations
Substitute Blue Bunny® Premium White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Ice Cream with Blue Bunny® Premium Vanilla Ice Cream.
Substitute Blue Bunny® Premium White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Ice Cream with Blue Bunny® Premium Chunky Chocolate Chip Ice Cream and add chocolate chunks instead of Craisins. Substitute chocolate chips for white chocolate chips in the coating.
Substitute Blue Bunny® Premium White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Ice Cream with Blue Bunny® Premium Peanut Butter Panic® Ice Cream and add chopped peanut butter cups instead of Craisins. Substitute chocolate chips for white chocolate chips in the coating.
Hints
Use gloves when coating because mixture will still be a little sticky.
