Yankee Doodle Dessert
Peanut lovers, look no further! This dessert features Blue Bunny® Peanut Butter Panic® Ice Cream, caramel-nougat candy bars and roasted peanuts.

Ingredients
- 4 cups Blue Bunny® Premium Peanut Butter Panic® ice cream, softened
- 1-1/4 cups potato chip crumbs
- 4 (2.05 oz ea.) chocolate covered caramel-nougat candy bars, divided
- 6 (3/4-inch) individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
- 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine potato chip crumbs, sugar and butter in medium bowl; mix well. Press onto bottom of 8 x 8-inch baking pan. Bake 10-14 minutes until edges are just golden. Cool. Freeze 1 candy bar; break remaining 3 into thirds in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Add caramels and milk. Heat on High 30 seconds; stir and cook 30 seconds longer, stirring until smooth. If necessary, continue heating and stirring every 15 seconds until smooth; pour over crust (mixture will thicken as it cools). Chill until nougat hardens. Spread ice cream on nougat mixture. Freeze at least 6 hours. Break frozen candy into small pieces with a hammer or flat side of a meat pallet; sprinkle candy and peanuts over ice cream. cut into squares. Let stand several minutes before serving.
