Cherry Tart Ice Cream Float

Here's a tart ice cream float recipe from one of our iScream Team members.
Difficulty: Easy
any amount
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Blue Bunny® Premium Bordeaux Cherry Chocolate ice cream.
- 1 cup Indian Summer Montmorency Cherry Juice.
- Add another half cup, when the first half cup is consumed, or melts too fast.
Instructions
Steam a cup of the juice in the microwave, add several spoons of frozen ice cream, to slowly partially melt. A relative used to make a Seven Islands Float with other ingredients, but same idea. The juice adds a tartness to the sweeter ice cream.
