No Bake Cookie Ice Cream

Enjoy this quick no bake required treat from one of our iScream Team members!

Makes: 10 servings

Ingredients

• 1/2 gallon premium vanilla

• 1/2 dozen no bake cookies w/out or with nuts crumbled into ice cream after hardening

• 1/2 cup hot fudge mixed into ice cream

• 2 cups sugar

• 1/4 tsp. salt

• 1 stick butter

• 3 cups quick oats

• 2 tsp. baking cocoa

• 1/2 cup peanut butter

• 1/2 cup milk

• 2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

Combine sugar, butter, cocoa, milk and salt in a pot on the stove. Bring to boil and let sit for one minute. Add oatmeal, peanut butter & vanilla slowly. Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto waxed paper & let them harden for 1/2 hour to an hour. Once the mixture has hardened, add it to ice cream, mix, and enjoy. Yum Yum!

Variations

Try adding 1/2 cup nuts or 1/2 cup coconut.
