Succulent Sherbet Salmon Steaks

Here's a recipe from an iScream Team member on making succulent salmon steaks using sherbet!
Makes: 2-4 Servings


  • 2-4 Salmon Steaks
  • 1 Scoop Orange Sherbet
  • 1-2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. Salmon spice (mix cumin, pepper, salt, dill, and chili powder)


Pre-heat pan on medium-high with butter till melted. Sear the salmon on both sides, cooking only 30-60 seconds until browned. Add a scoop of sherbet in the center and sprinkle the salmon steaks with spices. Cover and boil until fillets are evenly cooked and sherbet/butter mixture is bubbly. Serve over steamed rice.
