| We have an opening for a Ref Elec Mech Tech B-Machinist at the Engineering Workshops. The primary duties will include performing machining on components of complex design.
Responsibilities include coordination with supply, production and other engineering personnel and activities to improve procedures and resolve problems. Manufacture parts and systems from raw stock of different metals, metal alloys and other materials for production systems according to engineering specification. Perform set-up and operate all conventional machine tools such as lathes, vertical and horizontal boring mills, milling machines, shapers, planers, grinders and drills. Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventive and predictive maintenance on assigned systems within area of responsibility.
Perform machining of surfaces at unusual or compound angles, items which require differential or compound indexing, surfaces having closely interrelated dimensions and/or machining operations procedures as multiple set-ups.
Coordinates maintenance plans to meet operational commitments. Reviews maintenance data collection summaries to determine trends and production effectiveness. Stores, handles, uses and disposes of hazardous materials and waste according to environmental standards. Complies with all federal, state and local safety requirements. Interprets and implements maintenance directives and publications, including environmentally safe maintenance practices. CNC Mill and lathe experience is preferred.

| We currently have an opening for an Industrial Engineer position in Le Mars, Iowa. This position would provide industrial engineering services in supporting project teams as well as plant driven initiatives. Conduct engineering studies/investigations and prepare appropriate oral and written reports.
Provide industrial engineering assistance to NPD teams as requested.
Complete assignments to meet customer needs and achieve cost, schedule and plant reliability objectives
Provide engineering services to support safe and efficient WDI operations.
Investigate and solve problems relating to WDI's operation. Perform responsibilities as directed within determined time frames and with a high degree of accuracy. Provide accurate input into the budget process and contribute to meeting the actual targets.
Maintain the professional competence, knowledge and skills necessary to effectively complete responsibilities; enhance job knowledge and abilities by taking personal responsibility for professional development and training.
Qualified candidate must have previous experience in Industrial Engineering to include CI, lean methodology and Theory of Constraints. Industrial Engineering degree required. |
