Maintenance Planning Analyst (Req.#: 910 ) Apply Now

We have an opening for a Maintenance Planning Analyst -Logistics at our South Ice Cream Freezer. Duties include planning, scheduling, and organizing preventative maintenance functions for all plant engineering assets. Plan, schedule, and organize the yearly overhauls of all equipment. Create parts lists for PM's and include them in the planning process. Create, develop, and maintain a Plant Engineering media library. Work with the schedulers to optimize our efforts on our planned down time. Work with the supervisors and crew leaders to maximize our effective time on PM's Utilize reports using Crystal reports to assist in making PM and inventory judgments. Work with purchasing and inventory groups to ensure all items are on hand for each scheduled down time. HS grad or equivalent. / 2 year engineering related degree or certification preferred. CMRP Certification preferred 3+ years WDI maintenance experience or 5+ year¿s external experience in an Industrial Maintenance manufacturing environment. (Maintenance experience preferred)

We currently have an opening for a Night Shift Operations Supervisor in our South Ice Cream Plant in Le Mars, IA. This position would mentors and coaches "direct reports" by fostering a culture of continued learning and development. Supports corporate strategy by developing team and individual goals, objectives, operational standards and expectations the order of Safety, Quality, and Productivity. In addition, is an advocate of change and continued process improvement. Champions new ideas and encourages others to try new approaches to solve day to day opportunities and key business issues.
