Becoming Part of the Blue Bunny Team
Individuals interested in applying for a position on the Blue Bunny team should select one of the "Apply Now" links from the list of open positions to begin the application process.
After completing the online application, we will begin a pre-screening process. If your application is
selected to move to the next level of consideration, a recruiter will initiate the steps to learn more about
you and your experience before presenting your qualifications to the hiring manager. Pre-screening is conducted
in a variety of ways, which can include a face to face conversation, phone discussion, and/or email pre-screen questionnaire.
You’ve applied for the position and preliminary analysis show that your skills are in line with those required
by the position. A phone interview will assess your compatibility and skills to the position, which will then
determine whether you should be brought in for an onsite interview.
Individuals selected to move to the next level of consideration will be brought onsite for an in-person interview.
During the onsite interview, you will meet with several different teams that relate to the position for which you have applied.
Interviewers will ask a variety of questions that relate to your area of interest and expertise, as well as general questions
that evaluate your work ethics and problem solving abilities.
Be patient. It may take up to several weeks for teams to review all candidates for a position and decide which individuals
best fit with the needs of the organization. A recruiter will keep in touch with you when feedback has
been received and decisions made. Also feel free to get in touch with your recruiter at any time to inquire about the
process and timing.
