Located at our state of the art Corporate Center in LeMars, IA.
Directly responsible for strategic leadership of the brand marketing group. Works collaboratively with other functional leaders to deliver annual plan goals and to support the Executive Leadership Team in developing and delivering the company¿s strategic plan. Lead a multi-channel marketing team to develop a healthy portfolio of branded products and serve our customers with Private Label offerings.
Lead development and execution of strategic long-term and short-term marketing plans collaborating strongly with other functional leaders to achieve Wells¿ growth profitability and cash flow targets in alignment with company goals, strategies and values.
Responsibility spans all channels, including both branded and private label offerings.
Lead and coach brand marketing and customer brands team to build strong, effective, high-performance organization, continuously improving functional excellence, collaboration, systems and processes to drive stronger results more efficiently.
Hire and develop the best talent to achieve consistently superior performance across all areas of responsibility.
Work with Vice President of Corporate and Marketing Communications to lead development of Wells¿ brands, maximizing brand equity, sales and profitability over the long-term.
Support Executive Leadership Team in the development and execution of Wells¿ mission, vision, values, strategies and plans to increase shareholder value. This includes helping identify and develop strategic business development opportunities such as new licensing opportunities, extension into new core business segments and M&A.
Education: BS Degree in Related Field, MBA preferred
Experience: Ten years of marketing leadership experience in the consumer packaged goods industry including significant involvement with brand marketing, product development and portfolio management.
