This professional should be based in the Las Vegas, NV area to call on accounts in that region in selling Blue Bunny ice cream and other Wells ice cream products.
Maintains regular contact through efficient territory routing with customers to ensure good service and customer relations. Meets store call standards including, but not limited to, our call frequency target of 100% and calls per day targets as established by ops management.
Develops all accounts, which includes prospecting, seeking SKU expansion, and incremental selling opportunities.
Promotes and sells new product lines and programs, which includes speed and depth of distribution.
Responsible for achieving established display targets by seeking, selling and building quality and impactful displays.
Responsible for executing complete store calls and following merchandising guidelines in accordance with our store call procedure manual. Initiates and maintains out of stock reduction efforts.
Utilizes the 6 step selling process to build the selling story efficiently and effectively by analyzing sales/marketing data and utilizing the tools provided. (IRI data, competitor activity, customer programs and promotional schedules, month end sales, corporate marketing activities, consumer research, SCDB reports).
All Other Provides relevant competitive intelligence (price point reporting, promotional activity, media activity, new item/line introductions, item/line discontinuation, sales force changes, business acquisition or loss), meets deadlines, actively communicates and interacts with account management and district ops team, and readily adopts corporate initiatives.
