Ingredients
- 3 - Blue Bunny® Birthday Party Ice Cream Sandwiches, #843664
- ¼ cup bright colored sprinkles
- 3 cherries (with stem) for garnish
Instructions
Melt chocolate in microwavable bowl for 10 second intervals until chocolate is just melted. Place sprinkles in separate bowl. Remove Blue Bunny Birthday Party Ice Cream Sandwiches from package. Dip sandwich ends one inch in chocolate. Before chocolate sets, lightly coat with sprinkles. Place in freezer. Repeat with the other two sandwiches. To serve, lay Blue Bunny Birthday Party Ice Cream Sandwiches on plate. Garnish sandwiches with leftover chocolate, colored sprinkles, whipped cream and cherries.
Variations
Substitute Blue Bunny Birthday Party Ice Cream Sandwich with Blue Bunny Big Double Strawberry® Ice Cream Sandwich and garnish with fresh berries, whipped cream, strawberry sauce, and fresh mint sprigs.
