Ingredients
- 4 - #8 scoops (9.6 oz.) Blue Bunny® No Sugar Added Reduced Fat Chocolate Ice Cream, #867925
- ¼ cup quartered raspberries
- ¼ cup sliced strawberries
Instructions
Scoop and level 4 - #8 scoops of Blue Bunny No Sugar Added Reduced Fat Chocolate Ice Cream into 4 square silicon cupcake molds and freeze. Once ice cream is frozen hard, scoop out center. To make fruit filling, combine fruit, sugar and water in 2 qt. sauce pot and cook for 3-5 minutes. Scoop hot fruit into ice cream basket and serve immediately.
Variations
Substitute chopped nuts for fresh fruit.
