Ingredients
- 2 pre-baked green macaroon shells
- 1 - #30 scoop (1.8 oz) of Blue Bunny® Premium Vanilla Ice Cream
- 2 pre-baked brown macaroon shells
- 1 - #30 scoop (1.80 oz) Blue Bunny® Premium Chocolate Ice Cream
- 2 pre-baked pink macaroon shells
- 1 - #30 scoop (1.8 oz) of Blue Bunny Strawberry Ice Cream
- Chocolate sauce and fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
On a green macaroon, please a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Top the ice cream with another green macaroon. Repeat with brown macaroon and chocolate ice cream, then pink macaroons and strawberry ice cream. Garnish plate with chocolate sauce and fresh strawberries.
Variations
Substitute Blue Bunny® Cotton Candy, Birthday Cake and Super Hero Ice Cream for the vanilla, chocolate and strawberry flavors to make a fun kid's plate. Garnish with confetti sprinkles.
Hints
Use a spatula to flatten the ice cream between two pieces of wax paper before placing the ice cream in the macaroons.
Macaroons can be flavored as desired and paired with any Blue Bunny® ice cream of your liking.
