Ingredients
- 4 oz Blue Bunny® Lime Sherbet #19828, melted
- 6 mint sprigs; 4 torn into pieces and 2 for garnish
- 1 #12 scoop Blue Bunny® Lime Sherbet for garnish
Instructions
Pour liquor, club soda, melted ice cream and torn mint sprigs into shaker, add ice cubes and shake. Pour drink over ice into a cocktail glass. Garnish glass with 2 mint sprigs, lime slice and #12 scoop of Blue Bunny® Lime Sherbet.
Variations
For a kid-friendly drink, exclude light rum; add 2 more oz ice cream.
