A delightful presentation of Blue Bunny® Mint Chocolate Ice Cream topped with delectable cookie crumbles and mint leaves for a naturally wonderful dessert.

Ingredients

  • 4 - #8 (1 lb.) scoops Blue Bunny® Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, #19579
  • 6 Oreo or chocolate cookies (ground up)
  • 1 bushel mint sprigs

Instructions

Place clay flower pot into freezer. Once frozen, remove from freezer and seal up the hole at the bottom of the flower pot with frosting. Scoop one #8 scoop of Blue Bunny Mint Chocolate Ice Cream into clay pot. Grind up cookies and spread on top of ice cream to resemble soil. When ready to serve, stick mint leaves in soil and serve immediately.

Variations

Use Blue Bunny Peppermint Stick Ice Cream for the holidays and decorate with fresh peppermint leaves. Make a Strawberry Patch Shortcake theme by using Blue Bunny Strawberry Ice Cream topped with ground up chocolate shortcake and fresh strawberries.

Hints

Making sure the clay pot is frozen before scooping ice cream inside will decrease the chances of ice cream melting. Pots can be filled beforehand and served immediately.
