Ingredients
- 2 chocolate wafer cookies
- 1 - #12 (1.5 oz) of Blue Bunny® Premium Chocolate Ice Cream
Instructions
Cut the bacon slices in half and place on one of the chocolate wafer. Scoop ice cream onto the bacon-covered wafer. Drizzle with raspberry sauce and top with another chocolate wafer.
Variations
Substitute Blue Bunny® Maple Nut Ice Cream for the chocolate ice cream. Change raspberry sauce to chocolate or maple sauce.
