8 - #12 scoops (14.5 oz.) Blue Bunny® Pistachio Almond Ice Cream, #851419
1 – 9” round dark chocolate cake
1/3 cup caramel
3 Tbsp roasted pistachios
3 Tbsp roasted almonds
¼ cup caramel (for garnish)
Drizzle 1/3 cup caramel over cake. Nicely arrange 8 - #12 scoops of Blue Bunny Pistachio Almond Ice Cream on top of dark chocolate cake and caramel. Pre-cut ice cream cake into 8 servings. Garnish cake with nuts and ¼ cup caramel. Serve immediately.

Ice cream slices can be pre-plated for quick service. Tempering ice cream at +10°F for 4-6 hours will guarantee easy-to-scoop ice cream.
