Ingredients
- 8 - #12 scoops (14.5 oz.) Blue Bunny® Pistachio Almond Ice Cream, #851419
- 1 – 9” round dark chocolate cake
- 3 Tbsp roasted pistachios
- ¼ cup caramel (for garnish)
Instructions
Drizzle 1/3 cup caramel over cake. Nicely arrange 8 - #12 scoops of Blue Bunny Pistachio Almond Ice Cream on top of dark chocolate cake and caramel. Pre-cut ice cream cake into 8 servings. Garnish cake with nuts and ¼ cup caramel. Serve immediately.

Substitute dark chocolate cake with Baklava.
