Ingredients

  • 8 - #12 scoops (14.5 oz.) Blue Bunny® Pistachio Almond Ice Cream, #851419
  • 1 – 9” round dark chocolate cake
  • 1/3 cup caramel
  • 3 Tbsp roasted pistachios
  • 3 Tbsp roasted almonds
  • ¼ cup caramel (for garnish)

Instructions

Drizzle 1/3 cup caramel over cake. Nicely arrange 8 - #12 scoops of Blue Bunny Pistachio Almond Ice Cream on top of dark chocolate cake and caramel. Pre-cut ice cream cake into 8 servings. Garnish cake with nuts and ¼ cup caramel. Serve immediately.

Variations

Substitute dark chocolate cake with Baklava. Substitute Blue Bunny Pistachio Almond Ice Cream with Blue Bunny Spumoni Ice Cream.

Hints

Ice cream slices can be pre-plated for quick service. Tempering ice cream at +10°F for 4-6 hours will guarantee easy-to-scoop ice cream.
