Enjoy this refreshing wine drink that has Blue Bunny® Wildberry Sorbet shaken with a merlot, tropical juices and mixed fruits to create a delightful sip year-round.

Equipment: #30 scoop, shaker, knife, cutting board, 22 oz. wine glass

Makes: 1 - 12 oz serving


  • 5 oz. Merlot wine
  • 3 oz. Blue Bunny® Wildberry Sorbet, melted
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  • 1 oz. cranberry juice
  • 2 oz. lemon-lime soda
  • 1 cup mixed fruit, such as oranges, lemons, limes, grapes and strawberries
  • Ice
  • 1 #30 (2.58 oz) scoop Blue Bunny Wildberry Sorbet for garnish
  • Fresh fruit for garnish


Into shaker of ice, pour wine, melted sorbet, orange juice, cranberry juice and lemon-lime soda. Shake well to mix. Add ice and mixed fruits to large serving glass. Pour wine-juice over ice. Garnish with a scoop of sorbet and a lemon slice.


Substitute Blue Bunny® Mango Sorbet for Blue Bunny® Wildberry Sorbet. Use a crisp white wine instead of merlot.


Alternate ice and fruit in serving glass to disperse fruit evenly.
