Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • Melting chocolate bars
  • 3–4 Blue Bunny Mini Swirls
  • Toppings of choice: crushed pretzels, chopped nuts, sprinkles, freeze-dried fruit, mini marshmallows

Instructions

Spread the Base

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add chocolate bars to baking sheet

Melt the Chocolate

  1. Put baking sheet into the oven at 350 degrees F until melted

Chop the Mini Swirls

  1. Unwrap the Mini Swirls and chop in half so the sit flat in chocolate. Work quickly so they don’t melt too much.

Build the Bark

  1. Immediately layer Mini Swirls evenly across the melted chocolate.
  2. Gently press them in slightly so they stick.
  3. Add any additional toppings you love.

Freeze to Set

  1. Place the tray in the freezer for 1–2 hours until fully firm.

Break + Serve

  1. Remove from freezer and break into rustic pieces.
  2. Store in the freezer until ready to serve.
