Peanut butter fudge ice cream sandwiched between chocolate-covered peanut butter cookies along with marshmallow crème.

Ingredients
¼ cup hot fudge sauce
2 each peanut butter cookies, prepared
1 each Blue Bunny® Peanut Butter & Fudge Ice Cream, pre-cut 3 1/2" x1/2" circle
3 Tbsp marshmallow crème
Instructions
Spread hot fudge sauce on the flat side of peanut butter cookies.
Add round of peanut butter fudge ice cream on one cookie and marshmallow crème onto the other.
Press together to make a sandwich.
Cut in half for service.
