Bubble (Boba) Tea Float

Vanilla bean ice cream blended with milk and unsweetened iced tea, poured over tapioca pearls and topped with whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tapioca pearls
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup iced tea concentrate
  • 3 - #12 scoops Blue Bunny® Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream topping

Instructions

  1. Place ice cream, milk and iced tea into blender; blend until smooth.
  2. In a shake glass, add tapioca pearls.
  3. Pour blended mixture over tapioca pearls.
  4. Top with whipped cream.
