Key Lime To-Go

Premium vanilla ice cream folded with pieces of key lime pie and graham cracker crumbles hard packed as a pint to go.
 

Ingredients

  • 2 #8 scoops Blue Bunny® Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 cup Key Lime Pie, prepared, ½” dice, frozen
  • 5 tbsp Graham Crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. In a mixer or bowl, combine 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, diced key lime pie and crushed graham crackers.
  2. Using a paddle attachment, mix on low speed.
  3. Portion ice cream mix into a 16-ounce cup and pack to the top.
  4. Cover with a lid and freeze until service.
