- 1 generous swirl of Blue Bunny Strawberry Soft
- 1 teaspoon high-quality matcha powder
- 2 ounces hot water (not boiling, about 175°F)
- Optional: splash of vanilla syrup or honey
- Optional topping: crushed freeze-dried strawberries or white chocolate shavings
Instructions
Whisk the Matcha
- In a small bowl, sift the matcha powder. Add hot water and whisk in a zig-zag motion until frothy and smooth.
Swirl the Soft Serve
- Dispense a tall, beautiful swirl of Blue Bunny Strawberry Soft into a glass or small bowl.
Pour + Melt
- Slowly pour the warm matcha over the strawberry soft serve. Watch it melt into creamy green-and-pink ribbons.
Finish It Off
- Add a drizzle of honey or vanilla syrup if you like it sweeter. Top with crushed freeze-dried strawberries for texture.
