Ingredients
- Pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough
- Blue Bunny Cookies & Cream Soft
- ½ cup melted semi-sweet chocolate
- Sprinkles of choice
Instructions
Bake the Cookie Rounds
- Scoop cookie dough into evenly sized balls and bake according to package directions.
- Flatten slightly so they bake into round discs (about 4–5 inches wide).
Shape the Taco Shells
- While the cookies are still warm and flexible, gently drape each one over the handle of a wooden spoon or a rolling pin to create a taco shape.
- Let them cool completely so they hold their shell form.
Fill with Soft Serve
- Once cooled, pipe or scoop a generous swirl of Blue Bunny Cookies & Cream Soft into each shell. It’s smooth, creamy, and fills the taco perfectly.
Dip + Decorate
- Dip the top edges of each taco into melted chocolate.
- Immediately add sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
Serve Immediately
