Dessert Tacos

Ingredients

  • Pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough
  • Blue Bunny Cookies & Cream Soft
  • ½ cup melted semi-sweet chocolate
  • Sprinkles of choice

Instructions

Bake the Cookie Rounds

  1. Scoop cookie dough into evenly sized balls and bake according to package directions.
  2. Flatten slightly so they bake into round discs (about 4–5 inches wide).

Shape the Taco Shells

  1. While the cookies are still warm and flexible, gently drape each one over the handle of a wooden spoon or a rolling pin to create a taco shape.
  2. Let them cool completely so they hold their shell form.

Fill with Soft Serve

  1. Once cooled, pipe or scoop a generous swirl of Blue Bunny Cookies & Cream Soft into each shell. It’s smooth, creamy, and fills the taco perfectly.

Dip + Decorate

  1. Dip the top edges of each taco into melted chocolate.
  2. Immediately add sprinkles before the chocolate sets.

Serve Immediately

  1. Enjoy right away for that perfect chewy cookie + creamy soft serve combo.
